Please note that the Cryo Pro XL is only available for rental with the dual wrap configuration; therefore, the selection of two wraps is required.

Delivery
All prices quoted include delivery, collection and VAT.
Please note that processing takes 12 to 24 hours, and deliveries are not made over the weekend.
We do ask that on the day of delivery someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection.
Collection
At the end of the hire period we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. You also have the option to purchase the unit at the end of your rental period where the total amount you have paid will be deducted from the purchase price. This is arranged on the last day of hire.
Your hire period will last for the selected dates and will be collected the day after hire end, for example, if your hire period is from the 11/06/24 – 25/06/24, it will be collected on 26/06/24. We are not able to provide a specific time for collection but the courier will contact you on the day of collection with a morning or afternoon slot for collection.
We do ask that on the day of collection (the day after hire end) someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
The Cryo Pro XL unit must be drained before collection.
The Wraps chosen will be kept by the customer and can be cooled in the fridge to be used as a cold wrap after the unit has been collected.
The Cryo Pro XL must be returned with the XL Control Unit, dual hose, plug, drain gadget and rental folder.

The Dr. Aktive® Massage Pro, Cryo Thermal Gun provides soothing relief for aches, pains and muscle tightness. It is recommended for reducing recovery time and relieving muscle pain for a deep tissue massage or light pain relieving pressure.
Attachments include:
Hot & Cold Head
Round – treats large muscle groups all over the body
Flat – cover a larger surface area faster
U Shape – designed to target knots, tense spots and around the joints
Bullet – target trigger points and small muscle groups
Any damage to the product will be charged to the customer.
If you place an order before 12PM on a Friday the earliest you will be able receive the Cryo Pro XL is Monday.
The Cryo Pro XL Rental is provided for rental on weekly tariffs only (not daily).
The Cryo Pro XL Rental must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user instructions (provided).
The Cryo Pro XL Rental is the sole responsibility of the person renting for the duration of this agreement.
The Cryo Pro XL Rental unit must be drained prior to collection.

The Cryo Pro XL is supplied for the use of the person renting it only and shall not be used with any other third party without written permission of MedFac UK.
The return is a free of charge service and should be arranged directly with MedFac UK. Failure to return the Cryo Pro within the stated time period will incur charges of one week’s rent for every week or part thereof extra to this agreement, until the Cryo Pro XL is received by MedFac UK.
The Cryo Pro XL must be returned in the original packaging supplied. Please apply the labels supplied by MedFac UK and the carrier (at point of collection) to the outside of the packaging.
MedFac UK require you to comply and adhere to the requirements of the Certification of Decontamination which will be supplied with your rental unit.
Any costs associated with the repair of the Cryo Pro XL due to damage, (accidental or otherwise), during the period of its hire will be borne by the person renting the equipment.
If the Cryo Pro XL is not returned by the agreed date, in good working condition and in its original packaging, the person renting it may become liable for the full value of the Cryo Pro XL and any other costs involved.
MedFac UK Ltd are covered by public liability insurance to £5m.
Technical Information
All Cryo Pro XL Rentals supplied to our customers have been cleaned and disinfected between users and will be supplied to you in full working order.
How does the Cryo Pro XL work?
The Cryo Pro XL Rentals are simple to use and only requires ice, water and power. Simply fill the unit with ice and water, plug it in, attach your wraps to the unit with the dual hose and choose your time and compression setting.
The Cryo Pro XL uses cold compression therapy to aid your recovery. Cold compression therapy works by constricting the blood vessels, which in turn reduces swelling and inflammation. Cold therapy can also calm muscle spasms, minimise bruising and soothe nerve endings, encouraging quick and effective healing for a variety of muscle tendon and ligament injuries.
How long does the Cryo Pro XL compress for?
There are 9 different settings to choose between. There is Low, Medium and High compression with 3 different time choices, from 20 to 40 to 60 minutes. It will compress for 5 seconds and then release for 7 seconds and repeat this process throughout.
Do I keep the wraps ?
Yes, you will be supplied with new wraps for your rental and you are able to keep these and use as cold wraps.
Can I put the wraps directly on my skin?
It is recommended to have a thin layer of clothing between the wraps and your skin.
What pressure should I start on?
This is personal preference for what is required for you, test out the different settings and see what is most comfortable.
How long should I use the Cryo Pro XL for?
You are able to use the Cryo Pro XL for the maximum time setting of 60 minutes, then it is recommended to rest for as long as you have used the unit for, and then you are able to repeat.
Prices for delivery and collection are included in your total price. Delivery and collections are made from Monday to Friday only.
Delivery & Rental Start
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All equipment is dispatched via third-party couriers during these times. While we aim for your requested start date, next-day delivery is not guaranteed. When booking, please use our website’s live calendar to select a start date based on current stock levels.
Your rental period begins only when the device is delivered. If a transit delay occurs, we will extend your rental at the end of the term to make up for the lost time.
While specific delivery time slots are not guaranteed, couriers usually send tracking updates via text or email. A responsible adult must be available to sign for the delivery. If an attempt is missed, the courier will either reattempt the next working day or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point.
Collection & Returns
We require a minimum rental period of two weeks. At the end of your hire term, please contact us to arrange for the collection of your device.
To ensure fair usage, we apply an additional working day to the end of all rentals. For example, if your device is delivered on a Friday, the collection would be on a Monday to account for the partial start. We deliver across England, Wales and Scotland; however deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may experience longer transit times. If your device arrives later than expected, please notify us so we can adjust your rental period.
For your convenience, we also offer a flexible returns service via DPD. Instead of waiting at home for a courier collection, you can drop off your packaged item at a local DPD pickup point or Post Office. Once scanned into the network, the parcel is securely tracked and returned to us, offering you greater flexibility and a reliable return process.
