All prices include VAT, delivery and collection. Please note that the GripAble Home device is VAT exemptible, you may fill in VAT exempt form at checkout if you apply.
All prices quoted include delivery, collection and VAT.
Please note that processing takes 12 to 24 hours, and deliveries are not made over the weekend.
We do ask that on the day of delivery someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection.
Collection
At the end of the hire period we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. You also have the option to purchase the device at the end of your rental period where the total amount you have paid will be deducted from the purchase price. This is arranged on the last day of hire.
Your hire period will last for the selected dates and will be collected the day after hire end, for example, if your hire period is from the 11/06/24 – 25/06/24, it will be collected on 26/06/24. We are not able to provide a specific time for collection but the courier will contact you on the day of collection with a morning or afternoon slot for collection.
We do ask that on the day of collection (the day after hire end) someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
The GripAble device must be packed away before collection.
All cables and catalogues provided in the GripAble box must also be included.
The GripAble must be returned with the device, strap hook, charging cable and rental folder.

If you place an order after 12 pm on a Friday the earliest you will be able receive the GripAble device is Tuesday.
GripAble device are provided for rental on weekly tariffs only (not daily).
The GripAble device rental must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user instructions (provided).
The GripAble device rental is the sole responsibility of the person renting the device for the duration of this agreement.
The device is supplied for the use of the person renting it only and shall not be used with any other third party without written permission of MedFac UK ltd.
The return is a free of charge service and should be arranged directly with MedFac UK Ltd.
Failure to return the GripAble device within the stated time period will incur charges of one week’s rent for every week or part thereof extra to this agreement, until the GripAble device is received by MedFac UK Ltd.
The GripAble device rental must be returned in the original packaging supplied. Please apply the labels supplied by MedFac UK Ltd and the carrier (at point of collection) to the outside of the packaging.
MedFac UK Ltd require you to comply and adhere to the requirements of the Certification of Decontamination which will be supplied with your rental unit.
Any costs associated with repair of the GripAble device due to damage, (accidental or otherwise), during the period of its hire will be borne by the person renting the equipment.
If the GripAble device is not returned by the agreed date, in good working condition and in its original packaging, the person renting it may become liable for the full value of the device and any other costs involved.
MedFac UK Ltd are covered by public liability insurance to £5m.
All GripAble device rentals supplied to our customers have been cleaned and disinfected between users and will be supplied to you in full working order.
Wherever possible, we will supply you with the GripAble device model that you are familiar with using or have requested from us. However, occasionally we may run out of stock of your preferred model and we will then offer you the closest equivalent model.
Prices for delivery and collection are included in your total price. Delivery and collections are made from Monday to Friday only.
Delivery & Rental Start
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All equipment is dispatched via third-party couriers during these times. While we aim for your requested start date, next-day delivery is not guaranteed. When booking, please use our website’s live calendar to select a start date based on current stock levels.
Your rental period begins only when the device is delivered. If a transit delay occurs, we will extend your rental at the end of the term to make up for the lost time.
While specific delivery time slots are not guaranteed, couriers usually send tracking updates via text or email. A responsible adult must be available to sign for the delivery. If an attempt is missed, the courier will either reattempt the next working day or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point.
Collection & Returns
We require a minimum rental period of two weeks. At the end of your hire term, please contact us to arrange for the collection of your device.
To ensure fair usage, we apply an additional working day to the end of all rentals. For example, if your device is delivered on a Friday, the collection would be on a Monday to account for the partial start. We deliver across England, Wales and Scotland; however deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may experience longer transit times. If your device arrives later than expected, please notify us so we can adjust your rental period.
For your convenience, we also offer a flexible returns service via DPD. Instead of waiting at home for a courier collection, you can drop off your packaged item at a local DPD pickup point or Post Office. Once scanned into the network, the parcel is securely tracked and returned to us, offering you greater flexibility and a reliable return process.
