How to use:
Convenient relief – The easy-to-use air pump and removable cold gel pack work together to provide both soothing compression and cooling relief, helping you ease pain, reduce swelling, and stay comfortable at home.
Safe and Hygienic – The supports are supplied with a sealable plastic bag that is ideal for re-use when putting the gel pack in the freezer or fridge. This is very important in hospitals and clinics where the gel packs can be sealed in a bag to avoid cross-contamination.

The CCT is simple and easy to use. The detachable gel pack is cooled in the fridge and attached to the support.
The user can then use the hand pump to compress the support, offering cold compression therapy.
It is up to you how long you leave the compression on for. We recommend for the best effect, using the pressure valve, select ON for 5-10 minutes, OFF for 5-10 minutes to let the skin rest and then repeat.
Yes, you will have the option to purchase additional gel packs on the product page.
This can be useful as you can always have one gel pack in fridge to alternate between them.
Yes it can be placed directly on skin if cooled in the fridge. If cooled in the freezer, we would recommend a layer of clothing.
The CCT can be used throughout your rehabilitation or for recovery whenever you need it.
