Kinetec® continuous passive motion device for moving the knee post surgery or injury.  If you have any questions about the process, choosing the correct rental CPM or any other query, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help. Please note that all Knee CPM Rentals are supplied with wipe-clean, green PU pads which are cleaned and sterilised between rentals. Unfortunately we are not able to provide installation and set-up in the home. The CPM will be delivered to a doorstep location. The Cryo Pro™ Control Unit takes the RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation - principle and compiles each element into an elite cooling system. This system uses high performance cold compression therapy, requiring only water and ice for convenient pain relief. The Cryo Pro Unit will also include a single hose, power plug and a drain tool. Purchasing the Cryo Pro Unit alone does not include a wrap. You must either select a wrap from the Accessories page or choose a package. Cold compression therapy using 2 wraps simultaneously using a stronger pump. Add a Massage Pro for an additional £60 at the start of your rental. Delivery  All prices quoted include delivery, collection and VAT. Please note that processing takes 12 to 24 hours, and deliveries are not made over the weekend. We currently ship only within the UK mainland and do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. We do ask that on the day of delivery someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm. The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection. Collection At the end of the hire period we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. You also have the option to purchase the unit at the end of your rental period where the total amount you have paid will be deducted from the purchase price. This is arranged on the last day of hire. Your hire period will last for the selected dates and will be collected the day after hire end, for example, if your hire period is from the 11/06/24 - 25/06/24, it will be collected on 26/06/24. We are not able to provide a specific time for collection but the courier will contact you on the day of collection with a morning or afternoon slot for collection. We do ask that on the day of collection (the day after hire end) someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm. The Cryo Pro XL unit must be drained before collection. The Wraps chosen will be kept by the customer and can be cooled in the fridge to be used as a cold wrap after the unit has been collected. The Cryo Pro XL must be returned with the XL Control Unit, dual hose, plug, drain gadget and rental folder.
