GripAble Home

The handheld GripAble device connects to an app on a tablet, where you can follow engaging training activities – or simply count your reps – with a focus on different aspects of grip, and hand and wrist movement. Through these fun and engaging activities, GripAble aims to help people stay motivated with their rehab activities.Your therapist can set you personalised training programmes and you can see real-time feedback, as well as share your daily activity reports with your therapist.Based on intuitive, fuss-free technology, you can get set up in minutes – and our friendly team is available for support throughout the process.Engaging activities that aim to keep you motivated with your trainingStudies show that the more repetition and strength training a person performs, the greater their chance of restoring movement and, ultimately, their independence. Yet a lot of rehab tools and therapies are either inaccessible and too expensive or, at the other end of the scale, unmotivating and unmeasurable. And this makes motivation hard to maintain when hundreds of repetitions are needed every day. With GripAble Home you can train independently, wherever you areGripAble Home has been designed with remote rehab at its heart to enable ongoing training at home, even when face-to-face therapy isn’t possible. GripAble is highly sensitive meaning it can pick up even the smallest of finger movements and grip strength – and then support you to progress through your training.Your therapist can set you personalised programmes and daily goals, and you can see real-time feedback as well as sharing your activity reports with your therapist.https://youtu.be/MZg08sy-i_4?feature=sharedFun and engaging activitiesWe are always adding new activities to the GripAble app. Here we share some of the most popular ones, including our first multi-player game. Gripable Pro

The Gripable gives you access to a platform of activities, each more enjoyable & motivating than the next. Each activity focuses on a specific movement to perform such as grip, extension/flexion, ulnar/radial deviation or even pronation/supination which gives you instant data on the activity performed and the number of repetitions of the movement. Personalised training and goals As a practitioner, you can create a personalised program for each of your patients, set them goals in terms of time or movement repetitions and thus follow their progress throughout their rehabilitation. The app reminds the patient of their daily progress and encourages them throughout their session. Each report can then be printed or sent as a PDF. Active rehabilitation is essential to improve the quality of life of your patients and to return to daily life. Following neurological, orthopaedic or paediatric pathologies, studies have shown that the more the patient worked on their strength and repeated movements, the more likely they were to recover their movements and thus their independence. Make rehabilitation effective and fun! Test and save patient grip strength and range of motion at the start of the session, so the activities adapt perfectly to the patient and their abilities. Each activity has been created with a specific purpose and allows the practitioner to define specific therapeutic objectives using a combination of different movements (grip, release and wrist movements).
