Leg Splints

The orthosis can be heated quickly and moulded on the patient significantly faster than moulding from scratch. It can be spot heated and trimmed to make easy adjustments. Fast curing time: • In only 20 minutes your patient's limb will be fully supported. Rigid & Strong: • Fast-Lite is an extremely rigid material. Use significantly less material for equal strength compared to other splinting and casting materials on the market. Non-Toxic & Environmentally Friendly Long-term immobilization is often needed for fractured limbs, after surgery or in some cases for affected ligaments, tendons, joints and for neurological problems. It is important to choose the right material for the best end-result, offering the clinician and other medical trained staff the best possible basis to achieve this. Fast-Lite is a long-lasting product offering the patient comfort such as being lightweight and breathable, with no harmful substances in the material. Fast-Lite is made from X-Lite® which is a cotton impregnated with a non-toxic polymer, ensuring patient comfort and eco-friendly, biodegradable credentials.
