Cryo Pro XL Rental
Cold compression therapy using 2 wraps simultaneously using a stronger pump.

Delivery
- All prices quoted include delivery, collection and VAT.
- Please note that processing takes 12 to 24 hours, and deliveries are not made over the weekend.
- We currently ship only within the UK mainland and do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
- We do ask that on the day of delivery someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
- The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection.
Collection
- At the end of the hire period we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. You also have the option to purchase the unit at the end of your rental period where the total amount you have paid will be deducted from the purchase price. This is arranged on the last day of hire.
- Your hire period will last for the selected dates and will be collected the day after hire end, for example, if your hire period is from the 11/06/24 - 25/06/24, it will be collected on 26/06/24. We are not able to provide a specific time for collection but the courier will contact you on the day of collection with a morning or afternoon slot for collection.
- We do ask that on the day of collection (the day after hire end) someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
- The Cryo Pro XL unit must be drained before collection.
- The Wraps chosen will be kept by the customer and can be cooled in the fridge to be used as a cold wrap after the unit has been collected.
- The Cryo Pro XL must be returned with the XL Control Unit, dual hose, plug, drain gadget and rental folder.

Prices for delivery and collection are included in your total price. Delivery and collections are made from Monday to Friday only.
Delivery & Rental Start
Please note we currently ship only within the UK mainland and do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All equipment is dispatched via third-party couriers during these times. While we aim for your requested start date, next-day delivery is not guaranteed. When booking, please use our website’s live calendar to select a start date based on current stock levels.
Your rental period begins only when the device is delivered. If a transit delay occurs, we will extend your rental at the end of the term to make up for the lost time.
While specific delivery time slots are not guaranteed, couriers usually send tracking updates via text or email. A responsible adult must be available to sign for the delivery. If an attempt is missed, the courier will either reattempt the next working day or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point.
Collection & Returns
We require a minimum rental period of two weeks. At the end of your hire term, please contact us to arrange for the collection of your device.
To ensure fair usage, we apply an additional working day to the end of all rentals. For example, if your device is delivered on a Friday, the collection would be on a Monday to account for the partial start. We deliver across England, Wales and Scotland; however deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may experience longer transit times. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.If your device arrives later than expected, please notify us so we can adjust your rental period.
For your convenience, we also offer a flexible returns service via DPD. Instead of waiting at home for a courier collection, you can drop off your packaged item at a local DPD pickup point or Post Office. Once scanned into the network, the parcel is securely tracked and returned to us, offering you greater flexibility and a reliable return process.
Any damage to the product will be charged to the customer.
If you place an order before 12PM on a Friday the earliest you will be able receive the Cryo Pro XL is Monday.
The Cryo Pro XL Rental is provided for rental on weekly tariffs only (not daily).
The Cryo Pro XL Rental must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user instructions (provided).
The Cryo Pro XL Rental is the sole responsibility of the person renting for the duration of this agreement.
The Cryo Pro XL Rental unit must be drained prior to collection.
The Wraps chosen will be kept by the customer and can be cooled in the fridge to be used as a cold wrap after the unit has been collected.
The Cryo Pro XL must be returned with the XL Control Unit, dual hose, plug and drain gadgets.
The Cryo Pro XL is supplied for the use of the person renting it only and shall not be used with any other third party without written permission of MedFac UK.
The return is a free of charge service and should be arranged directly with MedFac UK. Failure to return the Cryo Pro within the stated time period will incur charges of one week’s rent for every week or part thereof extra to this agreement, until the Cryo Pro XL is received by MedFac UK.
The Cryo Pro XL must be returned in the original packaging supplied. Please apply the labels supplied by MedFac UK and the carrier (at point of collection) to the outside of the packaging.
MedFac UK require you to comply and adhere to the requirements of the Certification of Decontamination which will be supplied with your rental unit.
Any costs associated with the repair of the Cryo Pro XL due to damage, (accidental or otherwise), during the period of its hire will be borne by the person renting the equipment.
If the Cryo Pro XL is not returned by the agreed date, in good working condition and in its original packaging, the person renting it may become liable for the full value of the Cryo Pro XL and any other costs involved.
MedFac UK Ltd are covered by public liability insurance to £5m.
Technical Information
All Cryo Pro XL Rentals supplied to our customers have been cleaned and disinfected between users and will be supplied to you in full working order.Shipping
We currently deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland. (We currently only offers rentals within mainland UK)
Delivery costs are calculated based on the items ordered and your delivery destination, and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.
For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.

Steps to renting
Getting the equipment you need is straightforward. Choose your device, and we'll handle delivery, support and collection.

Choose your equipment
Browse our range of CPM devices and cold compression systems for the knee, shoulder, elbow, hand and wrist, or ankle. If you're following a clinician's programme, our team can help you select the right device.
2.
Select your rental option
Choose a fixed-term rental if you know how long you'll need the equipment, or flexible auto-renewal if your recovery timeline is less certain. Our minimum rental period is two weeks.
3.
Delivered ready to use
Your device is professionally cleaned, disinfected, inspected and tested before dispatch, then delivered by courier Monday to Friday with tracking updates. User instructions are included, and your rental period begins on delivery.
4.
Extend or return
Fixed-term rentals get a reminder email with the option to extend or arrange collection. Auto-renewal rentals continue weekly until you request a collection — with flexible courier drop-off available on some rentals.
