The Cryo Pro is a simple to use cold compression therapy product that requires only ice, water and power. It’s unique design is convenient to use, provides pain relief and reduces swelling and inflammation, making recovery faster. Please note that adding the Full Leg Wrap and Full Long Leg Wrap will increase the total hire cost by £75. Add a Massage Pro for an additional £60 at the start of your rental.  Delivery ("For full details on our shipping and returns, please see the 'Delivery & Collection' tab above.") Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Dispatch: Sent via third-party couriers during office hours. We currently ship only within the UK mainland and do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. Speed: Next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Delays: We extend your hire to cover any shipping delays. Minimum Hire: Two-week minimum rental applies. Locations: We ship UK-wide; remote areas may take longer. Easy Returns: Drop off at any DPD point or Post Office. You also have the option to purchase the unit at the end of your rental period where the total amount you have paid will be deducted from the purchase price. This is arranged on the last day of hire. Your hire period will last for the selected dates and will be collected the day after hire end, for example, if your hire period is from the 11/06/24 - 25/06/24, it will be collected on 26/06/24. We are not able to provide a specific time for collection but the courier will contact you on the day of collection with a morning or afternoon slot for collection. We do ask that on the day of collection (the day after hire end) someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm. The Cryo Pro XL unit must be drained before collection. The Wraps chosen will be kept by the customer and can be cooled in the fridge to be used as a cold wrap after the unit has been collected. The Cryo Pro XL must be returned with the XL Control Unit, dual hose, plug, drain gadget and rental folder.
