Hand & Wrist CPM Rental

Prices for delivery and collection are included in your total price. Delivery and collections are made from Monday to Friday only.

Delivery & Rental Start

Please note we currently ship only within the UK mainland and do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All equipment is dispatched via third-party couriers during these times. While we aim for your requested start date, next-day delivery is not guaranteed. When booking, please use our website’s live calendar to select a start date based on current stock levels.

Your rental period begins only when the device is delivered. If a transit delay occurs, we will extend your rental at the end of the term to make up for the lost time.

While specific delivery time slots are not guaranteed, couriers usually send tracking updates via text or email. A responsible adult must be available to sign for the delivery. If an attempt is missed, the courier will either reattempt the next working day or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point.

Collection & Returns

We require a minimum rental period of two weeks. At the end of your hire term, please contact us to arrange for the collection of your device.

To ensure fair usage, we apply an additional working day to the end of all rentals. For example, if your device is delivered on a Friday, the collection would be on a Monday to account for the partial start. We deliver across England, Wales and Scotland; however deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may experience longer transit times. We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.If your device arrives later than expected, please notify us so we can adjust your rental period.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, someone must be present at the collection address at the scheduled time. If it's more convenient, you can arrange collection from an alternative residential address or your workplace. Alternatively, you can request for the CPM to be collected from a secure location. If you wish to use this option, please inform our Customer Services team at least one day before your scheduled collection. We do not DPD drop-off option for all CPMs. Once the parcel has been scanned into our network, it is securely tracked throughout its return journey to us, providing a flexible and reliable returns process.

 

All rental CPMs supplied to our customers have been cleaned and disinfected between users and will be supplied to you in full working order. Wherever possible, we will supply you with the Kinetec CPM model that you are familiar with using or have requested from us. However, occasionally we may run out of stock of your preferred model and we will then offer you the closest equivalent model.

If you place an order after 12 pm on a Friday the earliest you will be able receive the CPM is Tuesday. The Hand & Wrist CPM in the image will not look exactly the same as the one you receive. Kinetec CPMs are provided for rental on weekly tariffs only (not daily). The CPM must be used as directed by the medical professional (physician or therapist) including settings such as speed, force and range of motion. The CPM must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user instructions (provided). The CPM is the sole responsibility of the person renting the CPM for the duration of this agreement. The CPM is supplied for the use of the person renting it only and shall not be used with any other third party without written permission of Kinetec The return is a free of charge service and should be arranged directly with Kinetec UK. Failure to return the CPM within the stated time period will incur charges of one week’s rent for every week or part thereof extra to this agreement, until the CPM is received by Kinetec UK. The CPM must be returned in the original packaging supplied. Please apply the labels supplied by Kinetec UK and the carrier (at point of collection) to the outside of the packaging. Kinetec UK require you to comply and adhere to the requirements of the Certification of Decontamination which will be supplied with your rental unit. Any costs associated with repair of the CPM due to damage, (accidental or otherwise), during the period of its hire will be borne by the person renting the equipment. If the CPM is not returned by the agreed date, in good working condition and in its original packaging, the person renting it may become liable for the full value of the CPM and any other costs involved. Kinetec Medical Products UK Ltd are covered by public liability insurance to £5m.

Shipping

We currently deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland. (We currently only offers rentals within mainland UK)

Delivery costs are calculated based on the items ordered and your delivery destination, and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.

For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.
