As you are sending me an email with the possibility to extend the rental, then by definition you have all the contact details and unit details that got the rental unit to me in the first place. You can therefore pre populate the 'extension form' with these details and only request the number of weeks extension and payment authorisation, saving the customer a lot of data input. You certainly DONT need to ask for the billing address which puts this request into the 'pain in the a**e' category. You then do not need to send me an email entitled ' A shipment for order #xxx is on it's way' - there is no shipment! Check your processes and don't confuse the customer

Thank you for your feedback. When processing a manual rental extension, we ask customers to reconfirm their details to ensure everything is still correct, as contact and billing information can change. However, we appreciate this can feel repetitive, which is why we recommend our automatic rental renewal option, where the process is much simpler and avoids all this extra hassle.
