Easy to Get Started

• Add water and ice in the well of the Cryo Pro unit.
• Plug in the cryo Pro to power, the Cryo Pro can be powered using mains electricity or a power bank.
• Attach hose to the Cryo Pro device and to the wrap
• Select pressure and time settings. See below for a guideline.
• Apply the wrap, making sure it is secured firmly using the hook and loop straps it comes with
• Select 'Play' and let the device run

• The Cryo Pro is designed to make cleaning and draining straightforward.
• The removable lid makes it easy to access and empty the main unit.

Recommended Use

• For effective recovery, it is recommended that the machine is used for up to four sessions per day.
• Recommended session length: 20–40 minutes.
• Allow a minimum 20-minute break between sessions.
• Recommended temperature range: 4–15°C, this can be controlled with the amount of ice added to the Cryo Pro.

Compression Settings

• Following surgery, cold compression therapy is commonly used at a low compression setting during the first 24–48 hours.
• Compression can then be gradually increased to medium or high settings, where appropriate.
• Always follow the specific treatment and recovery guidance provided by your healthcare professional.

The warranty provided by MedFac UK Ltd covers manufacturing defects and faults arising under normal use only. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, improper storage, improper operation, cosmetic damage, damage caused during transportation by the customer, or damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Any product found to have suffered accidental or user-induced damage will not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under the terms of the warranty.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the items ordered and your delivery destination, and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.

For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.
