Range of motion From -10° to 120° of flexion. The Kinetec Spectra Kompanion™ range of motion allows treatment of most knee & hip pathologies. Anatomically correct alignment increases patient compliance and decreases joint stress. Exercise modes Patient set up mode: One click and the unit will position itself at a non-pain level of 20° flexion (can be adjusted in settings). Warm up mode: Initiate the session at 70% of ROM and increase by 5% until reaching the full ROM set up. spring mode: Repeat 3 times the last 10° of extension and flexion (can be adjusted in settings). Extremity focus mode: The speed will be minimal during the first 10° and the last 10° of the movement. The speed will be faster during the rest of the range of motion (can be adjusted in settings). Evaluation mode: Three levels of active resistance exercise to test and evaluate patient progress within the rehab process. (The patient performs 5 or 10 repeated exercises during which he is asked to resist against the device whilst going into flexion.) Dynamic stretch mode: Mode used with patients having difficulties reaching full extension. The device will gradually extend the knee with pauses between each stretch.

Using the modern Spectra design, this version is supplied with wipe-clean PU supports. 32 cm (12,5 inches) wide carriage Patients up to 227kg (500lbs) Kinetec Data Capture™ USB technology ready ROM from -10° to 120° Extra Wide Carriage: The Kinetec Spectra XL™ benefits from many of the features of the standard Spectra, but features a wider and stronger carriage to enable it to be used in the treatment of bariatric patients. The carriage is 32cm (12.5 inches) wide compared with 25cm (9.8 inches) for other standard CPMs. 227kg (500lbs) Maximum User Weight: The reinforcement of the motor enables it to mobilise the legs with extreme dimensions in a safe environment, allowing patients upto 227kg to use the device. Wide range of functions, controlled by the handset: The Kinetec Spectra XL has a wide range of functions all controlled via the digital handset. Functions include speed, ROM, force, pause in extension/flexion, timer, programming, warm-up, by-pass and session timing. This handset can also use patient data capture via a USB and software which can be provided as an accessory. Patient safety: The handset can be easily locked to prevent alteration of the parameters by patients whilst in use. Outstanding range of motion: This CPM provides a wide range of motion from -3 degrees of hyperextension to 130 degrees of flexion allows treatment of most knee & hip pathologies. PU leg supports: This version of the Spectra™ is supplied with PU pads that can be wipe-cleaned between patients using standard hospital anti-bacterial wipes. The pads should be wiped between patients. (Supplied with thigh, calf and foot support). Accessories: Accessories include a trolley, data capture and warranty extensions.

The Kinetec Breva™ enables ankle and rear foot motion in 2 dimensions from the most common plantar/dorsi flexion (-40° to 30°) to the more advanced eversion/inversion movement (-25° to 25°). Unique features The digital remote control provides a precise yet clear feedback to the patient as well as it helps the therapy with unique functions such as warm-up or by-pass. Safety First The remote control features a keyboard locking system preventing misuse and enhancing patient safety.

Synchronised movements The movements of the Kinetec 6080™ elbow CPM allow for a more anatomically correct therapy. This unit can provide the following movements:extension/flexion (0° to 135°) with synchronised pronation-supination (90°-90°). As extension-flexion movement begins, the hand starts its rotation from full pronation to full supination. Safety first The lockable ROM settings prevent misuse and enhance patient safety. The CPM rolls on locking wheels and is usable in bed or a chair.
