How to us
To use the power bank with your Cryo Pro, follow these simple steps:- Charge the Power Bank: Before first use, ensure the portable power bank is fully charged using the provided charging cable.
- Connect the Power Bank to the Cryo Pro Unit: Locate the power input port on your Cryo Pro unit. Plug the power bank’s output cable into this port.
- Operate the Cryo Pro as Usual: Once connected, you can use the Cryo Pro just as you would when plugged into mains power. The digital display and controls will function normally.
- Monitor Battery Life: Keep an eye on the power bank’s battery indicator to ensure you have enough charge for your session. The power bank provides up to 8 hours of use on a full charge.
- Recharge as Needed: After use, recharge the power bank so it’s ready for your next session.
The machine is covered by a two-year warranty, while all wraps and accessories are covered by a one-year warranty.
The warranty provided by MedFac UK Ltd covers manufacturing defects and faults arising under normal use only. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, improper storage, improper operation, cosmetic damage, damage caused during transportation by the customer, or damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Any product found to have suffered accidental or user-induced damage will not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under the terms of the warranty.Shipping
We currently deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland only.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the items ordered and your delivery destination, and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.
For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.
