How to use
To begin your recovery, the system requires only ice, water and power (mains or battery). The unit enables you to target specific areas of pain or swelling a choice between four different wraps, including knee, shoulder, ankle and universal. These wraps are simple and easy to apply, with the one size fits all design and hook and loop fixing allowing the wraps to be adjusted to fit each patient correctly. The Cryo Pro complete kit is simple to empty and clean. Removing water from the main unit is easy due to the removable lid and the wraps are easy to drain using the draining gadget.Recommendations of use
It is recommended that the patient uses the machine for up to 4 sessions a day for the most effective recovery. The ideal settings of use being between 20-40 minutes for each session, with a minimum of 20 minute breaks between. The recommended temperature for the best recovery for the patient is between 4-15 degrees celsius. The common understanding of use of cold compression therapy is to use the low compression setting following 24-48 hours after surgery, increasing to medium-high settings after this time period. We would always recommended you follow the guidelines provided to you by your healthcare provider and this should not be constructed as medical advice.The warranty provided by MedFac UK Ltd covers manufacturing defects and faults arising under normal use only. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, improper storage, improper operation, cosmetic damage, damage caused during transportation by the customer, or damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Any product found to have suffered accidental or user-induced damage will not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under the terms of the warranty.

We currently deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland only.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the items ordered and your delivery destination, and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.
For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.
