Massage Pro Recommendations

Instructions for use

• Simply hold the on button at the top of the gun until the green light appears to switch it on. Then hold down the button again to begin the vibrating. To change between the 5 speed settings, press the top button (don't hold) to increase between them.
• Use on an area on your body that feels tight, and start by moving the gun over the bulk of the muscle.
• Add pressure as required, either focusing on one spot for up to 15 seconds or moving over an area for around 2 minutes.
• To attach the different heads simply twist off the gun and reattach the head you would like and it will click in place.

Hot & Cold Head

• To use the hot & cold head ensure that it is charged, and then hold down the on button to switch it on. You can switch between the hot and cold settings by pressing the sun for hot and the frost for cold. You will be able to see these settings activate by the colour around the gun being red (hot) or blue (cold). It takes around 5 seconds for it to heat up.
• Use the hot setting to gently warm and relax the muscles, enhancing blood circulation and sooting muscle stifness. Use the cold setting to help alleviate discomfort.

Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.

For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.
