Ohio S - Beige
Manosplint Ohio S is a low-temperature thermoplastic ideal for hand splinting. It has 100% memory and becomes translucent when heated. As it is an 'uncoated' material, it is slightly 'sticky' to the touch when heated and it will easily form a permanent bond. This 'stickiness' also helps to hold it in place during splint fabrication.
Other features include: 100% memory, moderate resistance to stretch, moderate drape, high rigidity and it resists finger prints.

- Memory: 100% Memory - when fully reheated can regain original size and shape.
- Resistance to Stretch (RTS): Moderate handling with smooth strokes during holding. Shapes easily.
- Drape: Moderate pressure needed for a conforming fit.
- Rigidity: Maximum - strong support.
- Bonding & Finish: Non-coated material allows for it to self-bond. Acts as a second pair of hands to keep product in place during application. Resists fingerprints with a shiny finish.
- Perforations: Available on solid, 1%, 11%, 12%, 15%, 19%, 36% and 42% perforation options, depending on the material and thickness.
- Material Thickness: 1/8" (3.2mm), 3/32" (2.4mm), 1/12" (2.0mm) and 1/16 (1.6mm)
- Colours: Available in white, beige and black
- Suggested Clinical Applications:
- Immobilisation orthoses - wrist, thumb and hand; wide variety of diagnoses including pediatrics, tendon injuries, fractures, arthritis, and neurological diagnoses

We currently deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland only.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the items ordered and your delivery destination, and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.
For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.
