OrthoSole® Thin Men’s insoles are low-profile, customisable orthotic insoles designed to provide comfort, cushioning and improved foot alignment in everyday and tighter-fitting footwear.
Part of the OrthoSole® range, these innovative insoles feature a patented customisable arch and metatarsal design to help improve weight distribution and alignment. Their low-profile design makes them ideal for shoes where space is limited, without compromising on support or comfort.
The combination of Poron® cushioning and an anti-microbial, abrasion-resistant top cover provides long-lasting comfort and durability, making them suitable for everyday use.
The Thin Style is recommended for a wide range of everyday footwear, including formal shoes, trainers, walking boots, work boots and Wellingtons, particularly where a slimmer insole is needed for a tighter-fitting shoe.

- 'Fit and Go' solution Multi-adjustments provide a bespoke insole offering within an off-the-shelf product, reducing patient waiting times and follow-up clinic visits.
- Poron® Urethane layer The insole contains a layer of unique, 3mm high performance Poron® layer across the whole insole, providing unparalleled shock absorbency . This layer also conforms to the shape of the foot to re-distribute pressure.
- Anti-microbial top cover OrthoSole® incorporates an abrasion resistant, anti-microbial fabric for the top cover eliminating bacteria that cause foot odour, keeping the feet cooler and drier.
- Arch and metatarsal pads Each OrthoSole® insole is provided with 3 sets of arch and metatarsal pads, with 3 different densities (soft, medium, firm) to allow the wearer to choose from 9 different combinations. Each pad is held firmly in place by Velcro® on the underside of the insole.
- Anti-static capability The insoles have anti-static capability, dissipating electrostatic build up.
- Poron® heel insert The Poron® heel insert eases the impact and provides shock absorbency during heel strike.
- Thermoplastic heel chassis A thermoplastic component helps stabilise the ankle joint during foot strike. It guides the foot throughout the ground contact from heel to toe.
- Thin profile The thin profile of these insoles allows them to be used with all standard footwear.
- EVA carrier The ultra lightweight EVA foam carrier provides additional cushioning and shock absorbency to the insole.
- Sizes This range is available in sizes 6 to 13. For half sizes, select the size below eg for 8.5 select an 8.

We currently deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland only.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the items ordered and your delivery destination, and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.
For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.
