The Tecnica 3M is designed for relaxation and everyday comfort, offering a breathable, washable, and lightweight solution ideal for warmer seasons. Engineered to accommodate foot deformities while preventing painful pressure points, it features a minimal-seam design to eliminate friction and ensure a gentle, secure fit.
Built with an ultra-light structure and wide sole, the Tecnica 3M promotes safe, stable walking, thanks to its non-slip, shock-absorbing sole. The Velcro closure and wide opening allow for easy on-and-off wear, even with one hand, while the thermoformable stabilising buttress enhances support and is designed for use with the S-Rigid insole for diabetic feet and customised orthotics.
When paired with the S-Rigid insole, it can be used for secondary prevention in risk levels 2 and 3. The micro-perforated cotton upper ensures optimal breathability, making it perfect for sensitive feet and long-term wear.

We currently deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland only.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the items ordered and your delivery destination, and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery time for smaller items is 1–2 working days when your order is placed before 12pm. For rental equipment, delivery is arranged for the day you choose to start your hire.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you're logged into your account, you can track the status of your order under "Orders" — tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.
For rental equipment, please notify us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty during your hire period. Our team will advise on next steps in line with our rental terms and conditions.
