The upper is made from very comfortable, anti-microbial, breathable fabric, allowing the air to circulate. The lightweight, anti-slip sole has rounded edges to help prevent trips and falls. These 'High Heel Pads' have been designed to fit inside your high heel shoes, using the innovative, patented Orthosole® technology. You can choose your preferred combination of metatarsal support pads to give a customisable experience.
